- Payment posting and deposits to your bank account
- Working of aging reports to follow up on unprocessed claims
- Review for claims processed incorrectly
- Pre-Statement Report worked to ensure statements go out correctly
- Printing and mailing of monthly patient statements
- Answering of all patient billing inquiries
- Constant software updates to conform to industry changes with no additional cost to you
